ABSOLUTE TASTE is an award winning event design company who is fanatical about beautiful homemade food and creative event design. Our events team, based in London operate throughout the UK in some of the most prestigious venues and travel to many countries every year providing event services for private and corporate clients. We also create beautiful bespoke events, from the
intimate to the extravagant, we work to suit our clients budget.

Burghley House is open this half term, and our team is hard at work creating everything from light lunches to warm, hearty meals, perfect for keeping you cozy!

Enjoy eating in the Orangery Restaurant and Garden Café or if you've got the little ones, why not try The Muddy Mole which serves tasty hot dogs and snacks to take away, as well as hot and cold drinks.

We're proud to work closely with and run their popular in-house restaurant The Terrace, by Absolute Taste.

We serve delicious breakfasts, lunch, afternoon tea and coffees throughout the day to busy shoppers with the menu also featuring specially sourced local ingredients from the 'Garden of England'.

The restaurant features a beautiful outdoor terrace, a stylish bar with a specially selected wine list and display counter filled with our delicious homemade cakes, pastries, cookies and our famous Absolute Taste brownies.

We had a wonderful festive 4 days at serving 386 afternoon teas to guests in the stunning oak-panelled Great hall with roaring fire and exquisitely decorated Christmas tree.

Featuring a delicious selection of sweet and savoury treats from Hazelnut, milk chocolate and salted caramel tart to the “Jingle Brie – L- T”.

All washed down with a Prosecco, Burghley Mulled Wine, or Pear Bellini (non-alcoholic) 🥂
