Just one day to go. Looking forward to being back at the Muslim Travel Show amongst so many inspiring leaders in the travel industry.

This is the second year so I’m looking forward to it being bigger and better. If you want to learn more about halal travel or more about Muslim destinations which are off the beaten track then be sure to come along this weekend.

I have 8 complimentary tickets to give away but will be based on a first come first served basis. All you need to do is share this post with 10 friends tagging me in and drop me an email so I can send you the QR codes. Maximum of 2 per person.

I will also be selling my collection from my lifestyle brand Sikhana, which is made of scents inspired by Pakistan & serving platters great for Ramadan Iftaar parties. There will be an exclusive 20% off offer on these products at the show.

I will also be showcasing our kids activity workbooks my son and I have created for Palestine & Pakistan, which are available as downloadable books and taking pre-orders for an Islamic activity workbook we are developing for Ramadan, 30 pages of educational activities from cross words to word search about Islam so children aged 8-13 can spend 15 minutes a day learning something new about Islam in a creative and engaging manner.

In January 2025, BBC Travel, CNN Travel, Financial Times & NY Times Travel all featured Pakistan as one of the top destinations to visit in 2025.

Join Sophie Ibbitson & me, as we talk about what it is the travel press are raving on about Pakistan, as well as the bits they aren't talking about so much, such as the numerous UNESCO sites that Pakistan is home to and are equally news worthy. In this Webinar Sophie talks about her experience and time spent in Pakistan, 16 years ago and in her most recent trip in November 2024, the changes she has seen and how she felt as a female traveller in Pakistan. I will be asking her about her highlights, what potential she sees in the country and in her opinion why people should visit Pakistan.

Sophie Ibbitson is a famous travel writer and consultant at the World Bank, helping developing countries build the infrastructure needed to help boost their tourism.

I am Saadia Baber, founder of the multi-award winning travel agency Xperience Pakistan, committed to inviting you to my country and showing it to you through my eyes.

If you are unable to see it live, please email me on [email protected], so I can send you a link of the recording.

Delighted to be doing a live webinar with the lovely Sophie Ibbotson from via YouTube & Facebook.

We will be having a conversation about why the travel press have put Pakistan down as one of the top destinations to visit in 2025 but also filling in the gaps and talk about the stuff they haven’t written about.

Sophie will share with us her experience on how she felt travelling in Pakistan as a western female & also about what she made of Peshawar and its people.

If you’d like to receive the link then drop me a message in the comments or privately with your name and email and I can send you the link.

Over the last week I’ve been in NYC promoting tourism to Pakistan and now in London Olympia at Destination London, particularly highlighting that despite what the FCO may say about Peshawar, it’s a great city to visit and experience because of the hospitality and warmth of the people.

Some people have not been convinced. I came across this video yesterday and wanted to share with you because this is an objective view on safety and security in Pakistan particularly Peshawar.

If you are worried about insurance cover then Campbell & Irvine and Battleface do cover such destinations.

Let me know in the comments box if this has reassured you.

This weekend as many of you know I was in NYC promoting tourism to Pakistan and as I expected the question of safety kept coming up so I’ve created this short video for YouTube made up of foreign tourists who have visited Pakistan answering this question as I think this is the fairest and most objective way to do it.

Enjoy and let me know if I’ve missed anything out.

Pakistan has been ranked 20th in the Top 25 countries to visit in 2025 by the BBC Travel

Creating socially responsible & community based tours in Pakistan is fundamental to how my business operates as we want to encourage cross culture dialogue, ensure we benefit the local community, whilst also preserving the local culture and environment.

Every client who has been to Pakistan with us has come back saying Pakistan would easily be ranked in their top 3 destinations they’ve ever been to and these are all well travelled people.

If you don’t want to experience FOMO - Fear of missing out this year then get in touch to see what everyone is talking about.

Thank you Maximum Exposure PR for sharing this article and supporting countries under represented.

I’ve been saying it since 2018 and now the Financial Times has also listed Pakistan as one of the Top 50 destinations to visit in 2025, focusing on the snowed capped peaks in offer in the North of Pakistan in Gilgit Baltistan.

Link below for the full article. Pakistan has been referred to in September, which is one of the best times to visit Hunza & Skardu.

Pakistan - An Undiscovered Jewel

Xperience Pakistan is an ideology and a patriotic project, focused on changing & challenging peoples perception of Pakistan (Non-Pakistani’s & overseas 2nd / 3rd generation Pakistani’s). It’s founded by Saadia Baber, who loves everything there is about her country, from the people, to the food, the natural beauty and heritage sites.

She now wants to share this with the outside world and show people the Pakistan she experienced growing up and continues to experience and enjoy.

She’s teamed up with equally patriotic and passionate local tour operators, hoteliers and individuals who like her want to showcase to the world what they’ve been missing out on.

Her key aim is to have all her visitors wanting to come back and see more of Pakistan and for Pakistan to be one of the top 5 key must see destinations by the masses.
