Holiday Planning without the stress!

Hi, I'm Caroline

I joined the travel industry over 20 years ago, straight from college. Although this makes me sound completely ancient, it does mean that I have some fabulous experience under my belt!

My career in travel has mainly involved high-end Tour Operators, hotels and travel providers, so my specialist area is definitely organising luxury holidays. I have 2 boys of my own (currently 10 and 8) so finding great family holidays has been a priority for a number of years!

I established my franchise with Travel Counsellors in December 2016 and work from my dedicated home office in Addlestone, Surrey. Joining the Travel Counsellors family was an easy decision - they are a company that invests heavily in their technology, people and relationships with suppliers. As a result of all this I have access to an industry leading in-house quote and booking system which provides competitive, negotiated rates worldwide and an unrivalled support network.

A frequent question for me is what’s my service fee, or how do I make my living from booking travel arrangements?.....so here's a little insight into how it works....

Being a Travel Counsellor gives me the benefit to work as either a Travel Agent or a Tour Operator, depending on the booking.

As a travel agent I earn a commission from the companies I book through in exactly the same way a high street agent does. The price to you is the same as if you were to book direct - no additional fee but the additional benefit of my personal service - one person to look after your booking from your initial enquiry to the time you arrive home - no call centre / admin department etc.

As a tour operator I work from our centrally negotiated contract rates direct with airlines, hotels, car hire, ground transportation and tour companies. After finding out what kind of holiday you are looking for I pull all of the components and prices together, add a few personal touches and voila you have your perfect trip, tailor made just the way you want it and all financially protected.

So no additional fees whichever way I book your holiday.

I cover the world and can help with pretty much anything from family holidays to adventure touring, city tours to luxury beach breaks, ski trips to cruises and not forgetting Disney and Lapland!
