On my Chelsea Tour today, I had to show my guests one of the new Banksy pieces of art. Apparently, there is no hidden meaning to these new animal artworks. The idea is to inject some lightheartedness into the summer, at a time when much of the news has been dark and bleak. Thank you Banksy!

We actually do not know if they represent three different goddesses or three different aspects of the same goddess. It was a wonderful day spent in the Cotswolds and Oxford with my fabulously fun guests from Florida. Picturesque countryside, cute Cotswolds cottages, beautiful historical streets of Oxford and for lunch, some pub grub in a traditional English pub, finished with an invite to pull a pint behind the bar!!

On my Greenwich walking tour today, I passed this old shop. It instantly reminded me of my Nanny & and Grandad, who would have Jellied Eels on a Friday night. Eating them straight from the takeaway pots. Nanny always liked extra jelly!

What a lovely day! We started at the Tower of London seeing the Crown Jewels and I told my lovely guests all about the gruesome history of the Tower. We then hopped on a boat to Westminster for a Westminster Highlights walking tour, finishing outside Buckinham Palace. Such fun!

A real treat today on my tour of the old Jewish quarter of the East End... The lovely people synagogue gave my 2 lovely guests from the USA a spontaneous mini tour of the synagogue. I'm so happy to see the beautiful Chelsea Cabmen's Cabbie Shelter renovated and open for business. It's a cheese tostie and a 'cuppa' for me!!

Between 1875 and 1914, sixty-one cab shelters were commissioned by the Cab Shelters Trust. The Grade II listed cab shelter on Embankment is one of only thirteen that remain and was built on a no-stopping ‘red route’ which made it inaccessible to many cabbies. The shelter has been lovingly restored by Heritage of London Trust
