Did you know that an ESTA allows you to stay in the US for up to 90 days? The ESTA is valid for 2 years and you may travel to the country multiple times without having to apply for a new ESTA. Just make sure you absolutely do not stay longer than 90 days, otherwise you risk a fine. Also, you will then no longer be able to travel to America with an ESTA in the future. The New Zealand authorities raised the tourist tax substantially on 1 October 2024. It has gone up from 35 New Zealand dollars to 100 New Zealand dollars (an increase of about 30 GBP).
