Explore the sights of a city whilst going for a run. We quickly became London's favourite running tour provider but also discovered something else that we could do. Immersive team running challenges - solve a murder based in London's sordid past out on the streets of London. We'll give you a map and brief you on the investigation. And then you're off to the streets to find witnesse

s, suspects and clues. The fastest team to get the right answer wins. We quickly found that our knowledge of London's history coupled with our vivid imagination made us the perfect company for these team challenges. And they've become pretty popular. Three fantastic groups of Secret London Runners brought Christmas to the City of London last night, on our Christmas in the City tour - returning for its second year 🎄

Our 2024 Christmas lights tours are well and truly underway 🥳

Thursday and Friday night saw another pair of tours on our classic route, from Tasha and Sinead - leading her first ever Christmas lights tour 🎉

Our Christmas lights season officially kicked off last night, with a sold out 10k run through our classic route, led by Tasha 🏃🏾‍♀️

Catching up on some of our fantastic Run the Thames bridges finishers from October 🥳

Massive congratulations to Kate and Steve (and friends) who completed the half marathon last month, and to Kausar who completed the 10k! 👟🌉

Hello 👋 My name is Josh, and I've been working full time for Secret London Runs since August 2023. I've been involved since the beginning, but last year I took the plunge and quit my full time job to take on a full time role with SLR.

Just in time for Halloween, our spooky tours of Whitechapel kicked off on Saturday night, with a 10k jog through the eerie history of the East End.

Matt led a fantastic, energetic and fun group through a twilight exploration of the Jack the Ripper murders, learning about the victims and their tragic stories along the way. Thanks to everyone who came along!

📢 Run the Thames Bridges - now available until April 2025

We have loved seeing so many of you enjoy our GPS audio running tour, Run the Thames Bridges half marathon and 10k, over the past 8 months.

It was due to end of this month, but we've decided to extend it until the end of April 2025, due to amazing feedback and more interest in the event than we could have dreamed of. 😍

So, if you haven't had a chance to Run the Thames Bridges with us, you've now got until April:

🌉 Run over 17 Thames Bridges (or 11 on the 10k)
🌉 Complete the run at a time of your choice, at your own pace
🌉 All you need is a pair of headphones and your phone. Your GPS will trigger directions and commentary along the route
🌉 Beautiful (optional) finisher medals

So if you need some motivation to pump out a half marathon or 10k this winter/spring (or you want to spice up some of those long training runs), then come Run the Thames Bridges with us.

3 years ago, we launched as a running tour company. "Sightrunning" - explore the sights of a city whilst going for a run.

As well as sightseeing tours for tourists, we also began writing themed tours of London for locals, starting with women’s history and gin. And we haven’t looked back - thousands of people join our themed tours every year, many of them from London and the surrounding area.
