Celebrating Mentorship & Achievement! 🌟
Last week, Tim O Sullivan, our Managing Director, had the privilege of attending The 5% Club Founder’s Pledge Mentorship Programme graduation event alongside his mentee, Anthony Jordan.
This inspiring programme brought together 12 talented apprentices and their CEO mentors, focused on unlocking personal and professional growth over the past year.
The event, held at the Institution for Civil Engineers, was a true celebration of collaboration, learning, and the future of our industry. Highlights included:
- A moving reflection on the programme’s impact,
- A graduation ceremony recognising the apprentices’ hard work,
- And a celebratory lunch shared by graduates, mentors, and loved ones.
We were honoured to join industry leaders; Leo Quinn, Group Chief Executive of Balfour Beatty plc, Mark Cameron OBE, CEO of The 5% Club, and Jacqui Smith, Skills Minister, to celebrate the apprentices’ incredible journeys and the power of mentorship.
