Meet Kristin Nussey, our brilliant Account Manager and the driving force behind our sales!
Friendly, professional, and always up for a good chat, she’s a team player through and through - building strong client relationships and keeping the momentum going every step of the way.
💬 What drew you to this role (and to Outsourcery)?
I was drawn to the challenge, and the idea of doing something that neither I, nor anyone who knew me, would have thought I could do, being a quiet, reserved introvert with social anxiety. I was a social media manager with PrimePixels when the job description came through to all employees via email. Feeling stuck in my role as an SMM, I read through the Sales Account Director role requirements and realised that I had done them all before when I owned my own marketing agency. So I threw caution to the wind and applied and got the job.
🌍 Where are you from, and what’s a fun fact about your hometown?
I'm from Randburg in Joburg - Fun fact: Johannesburg is home to the world’s largest man-made urban forest, with over 10 million trees!
🎨 What do you enjoy in your downtime?
Painting Warhammer 40k miniatures, computer gaming, fishing, kayaking, and bird watching.
🫶 One word to describe Outsourcery’s culture?
Support - In my role, I know that there are at least 7+ different people I can turn to for support at any given time, and I know that they will respond and do whatever they can to help me. I hope I offer them the same level of support.
🧠 Best advice for someone starting in sales?
Sales is just psychology and relationship building. There's no trick to it. All you have to do is genuinely listen to what people are saying, genuinely connect with them, and offer genuine support, and the sale is made.

My favourite quote is from a U2 song - "Get out of your own way".
