One of our most special houses in the collection with impeccable style. This incredible villa with sea views is situated on a 300 acre estate in Sant Climent in the south of the island of Menorca. The property extends to the Cami de Cavalls, the historic hiking trail along the coast of Menorca. From the edge of the estate (around 20 minutes walk from the house) it´s a 2 minute walk to Es Canutells beach. This is where style, design and comfort come together, perfect for larger families or groups. The property has a fabulous 26m swimming pool, gym, various outdoor dining areas, vineyard and even a treehouse for kids. The main house has 6 bedrooms and the guest house, a further 4 bedrooms. The villa is unique and comes fully staffed with a full house team; chef, waiters, housekeepers and gardeners. This is your paradise but the villa is also in very close proximity to the beach and restaurants. San Climent village is a 3 minute drive, where there are small shops, a restaurant and some bars. Mahon is only 15 minutes away, with an abundance of delicious restaurants along the harbour right on the water.
