WWTDM, Travel Services Supplier - coordinate accommodation and destination services around the world - including hotels, transfers, tours, activities, restaurants, venues. WWTDM- Woremgo Prague office is currently looking for new colleagues to join one of our two fast growing departments (Hotel Reservation or Service Reservation dpt.) for a JUNIOR / SENIOR ( depend on candidates) position of Operation Executives.

Job description:
• Book and confirm hotel/services reservations within deadline and budget and update the reservation systems accordingly. Communication is mostly via phone or email.
• Monitor, manage and process change requests and update systems accurately
• Connect, monitor and support stakeholders (within and outside of the Company) so they follow correct procedures and online systems
• Liaise with the sales team to confirm final tour/hotels details and update system
• Negotiate with suppliers to provide exclusive rates for series and ad-hoc hotel/service items requested
• Monitor supplier quality by ensuring their adherence to contracts and policies and escalate severe issues
• Input / update contracts and rates accurately as and when required
• Update, file and complete forms as per company policies
• Control and ensure filing of necessary correspondence/documents
• working permit in the Czech Republic or the UK

What skills do you need to have to be successful
• Very good English, Russian, English
• strong written and verbal communication skills
• Microsoft PC skills (Outlook, Excel, World)
• Previous experience in Customer service and in multi-cultural environment is a big advantage
• Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
• Knowledge of operations activity within the travel industry would be advantageous
• Geographic knowledge of main European destinations
• Positive attitude, Self-motivated, with attention to details
• Team player, with flexible and adaptable approach
• Hardworking and proactively solving problems in a dynamic, highly energised environment)
• willingness to learn new things and contribute to the team with new ideas & creativity
