💦💦 Next Up...A day trip to Aqualand Costa Adeje 💦💦 🤩 Having been to Siam Park before I knew my kids could not cope with the really long queue times and how busy it would be. So we opted for a day out to Aqualand instead. 🤩 10 mins in a Taxi from our hotel..cost us €10. 🤩 We didn't pre book tickets so paid at the gate. Great offers on 2 day Park tickets available - Aqualand & Jungle Park. 🤩 Aqualand was perfect, not overly crowded..max wait time for the most popular Rapids slide was 10 minutes so ideal with younger kids. There is a height restriction on the all the larger slides of 120cm (so a very disappointed 3 year old lol) but we had knew it would be the case for safety but she thought she would get on! 🤩 Great smaller pool areas with plenty of slides, waterbuckets, fountains etc for the younger children to enjoy. 🤩 Sunbed areas were charging between €2 and €4. 🤩 There is lockers and changing rooms onsite. Also I found was great..they have waterproof your phone stations. This meant I could take my phone into the pools and on the slides which no concerns. 💦 Fave part of the day was the Dolphin Show...3.30pm everyday this happens. You can pay to get photos taken with a dolphin and there is also a small museum you can visit. The show lasted about 25 mins and they had water, slushies and popcorn available to buy before hand. 💦 Kids loved to see the dolphins up close and watch all the fun things they were doing. It is very hot in the seated area so do recommend wearing hats when watching. 🤩 Overall we throughouly enjoyed our day out at Aqualand and would recommend it with younger children. 😍 Here is a little snippet & review of our Holiday to Tenerife staying in the Spring Hotel Bitacora in Playa De Las Americas. 😍 🤩 Smooth through Belfast International, no delays or queues..we flew with Easyjet. Arrival into Tenerife we had a bit of a wait with the Customs queue..please check signage carefully for British and Irish Passport Holders to ensure you are in the correct line. 🤩 Coach transfer only 20 minutes to the hotel. 🤩 Got upgraded to a Pool View room, stunning views & cleaned everyday with fresh towels. We were Half Board so breakfast and dinner included. Option to change to lunch on days - €5 per adult & €2.50 per child and that included beer, wine & soft drinks between 1-3pm in buffet restaurant. 🤩 Pools - kids pool with Slide was great. Sunbeds did fill early around this area but by lunch time always space. Larger pool with 3 slides has a height restriction of 110cm for the slides. Large Lagoon Style Pool area for everyone with daily activities. Adults only pool area and bar also. 🤩 Breakfast & Dinner included - huge selections at both..something for everyone everyday. Tea/Coffee, fruit juices & water included with breakfast. 🤩 Lunch - we ate at pool bar most days and it is amazing and very reasonable. Pizza, fries, burgers, chicken nuggets, toasties, curry, ice creams etc. Any food/drinks we bought at hotel went onto our account on Spring Hotel App and can settled throughout your stay or at end. 🤩 Playground - large area fantastic for kids. Wall climbing area, zip line etc. Football area at bottom Excellent. 🤩 Kids Club - we didn't use but there is a soft play area and daily activities then a room in evening until 11pm. 🤩 Entertainment - kids disco every evening followed by likes of magician, musical, dancers etc either outside or in the Fun Bar. 🤩 Pool towels can be hired with a refundable deposit of €10.
