Things to do in Moray this Autumn include cosying up and catching the sunset on a west beach wander with a hot flask of something lovely (did I say to add whisky? No?👀😁)

The sun sets in the west so West Beach in Lossie is the best for catching sunsets (and East Beach is THE one for sunrises🥰). Lossie you’re breaking my heart 💛

Things to do in Moray this Autumn include bundling up and catching the sunrise on an east beach wander before heading to Harbour Lights for a lovely cosy brunch by the coast 🌅🥓

The sun rises in the east so East Beach is the best for catching sunrise (and West Beach is THE one for sunsets🥰). Harbour Lights does an all day brunch🥘 and has lovely views onto the harbour and coast. Lossie is the gift that keeps on giving💛.

Living my small town Practical Magic life 😌😂 with heaps of autumn vibes at my local refill store 🧙

The Re:Store Moray zero waste shop is an absolute gem and I’m so grateful to have it literally right round my corner☺️. They sell lots of loose dry foods, fresh local veg🥕, eco friendly household items, store cupboard essentials and they support lots of local and Scottish small businesses whilst doing all that👏🏻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. Well worth a visit if you’re visiting Seaglass or live in Moray. Not only is it quality but it works out such good value as well!

Keeps the salts and chilli stocked up for the spicy margaritas too 😜😁

A bonnie but blowy🥶 wander down in nearby Burghead🐬, an absolutely beautiful array of blues made it more than worth it🎨. Can’t beat the colour of the sea at just about anytime in life🤷🏻‍♀️😁🧜🏼‍♀️. Another wee gem for a sea lover soul on the Moray coast🩵

Still, no such thing as bad weather in Scotland as Billy Connolly said, just the wrong clothes, so chuck on a rain poncho and get exploring😁😅

Delighted to share that Seaglass Cottage has been announced as one of Canine Cottages ‘Canine Comfort Cottages’ 🥰🐶

These are cottages that provide that little bit extra for their four legged visitors and here is why we were picked☺️👇🏼

🐾 We accept 3 dogs (more on request),
🐾 They are not restricted to certain rooms or from relaxing on the sofas/beds if that’s what they do at home🥰
🐾 The garden is completely enclosed
🐾 There’s a dog bed, dog towels and treats and a double dog shower in the garage🚿

£20 from a Canine Comfort booking goes to Battersea 💛

This is one of the only photos we could get of him standing still🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️, when I say that Seaglass Cottage has a big garden for your dog(s) to run around🏃‍♂️, this dude checked out every single corner, in 25x speed, just to be sure😄🏃‍♀️. But he’s used to exploring that one, thanks to his adventurer life with The Aye Life 🚐🐺

Moray sunsets 🌅😎💛

An absolute cracker of a sunset down in Lossie, and just about warm enough for sunset swims in the sea too🙈😆. Trying to time it between warm enough water and not 7292 jellyfish😂.

We’re so lucky with sunsets here in Moray though, some of the best in Scotland🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

A colourful moment of vitamin sea from the Moray coast near the wee village of Portknockie💛🌊

Literally took 8390274 photos of the same scene😄 because I don’t think there’s anything better than a palette of teal and navy waves crashing into a rocky coast, so beautiful🥰. There are so many wee hidden beaches like this along the Moray coast😁, which stretches all the way from Inverness in the west to Fraserburgh in the east⚓️, around 50 miles of incredible beaches and wildlife.

So grateful to call this place to call home💛 / Visit Moray Speyside
