This past week the students have had lots of fun at the RAF museum and Waltham Windmill where they enjoyed a steam train ride.
There has been a second kite flying session to allow everyone to have a chance to take part as well as additional tennis coaching and golf practice.
The cookery skills students have been creating dishes from Asia and France including Goan Fish Curry, a mango dessert, Lavender Biscuits, Coq au Vin and cheese and biscuits.
They picked potatoes, broad beans, runner beans and spring onions from the Interskill garden and worked hard using the produce to demonstrate the use of knives and peelers safely, the rubbing in and creaming methods.
They’ve also made chocolate brownies and French apple tarts😋
A great effort was made by all the students; well done!🌟
