We had a wonderful day yesterday at David Lloyd Luton, where an event was hosted in collaboration with the British Heart Foundation. It was fantastic meeting Tom Lockyer, who was incredibly kind and engaging with everyone. It was truly a special occasion focused on raising awareness and learning CPR - an essential skill at any age, as you never know when it might be needed. Just 15 minutes of learning could potentially save a life.

We also won a signed Luton Town top in the raffle, which we’re excited to frame for the office!
