Between 22nd Dec and 11th January, The Retreat at Greenfields will not be taking bookings as we do some internal upgrades.

Robson the carpenter will be in with his plasterer mate waving their magic wands aka hammers, saws, trowels etc. Quickly followed by Daryl replacing flooring.

Although the bedroom is already a good size, we wish to enlarge it to accommodate a bigger bed for your extra comfort.

Work has started today on building our brand new, all-ability access trail at Beechenhurst. We won't let a bit of snow stop us! ❄️

We are working on an exciting new project to improve our accessibility, and so lots of work will be happening over the next few months. This includes building a new trail, and a new unit which will contain our Changing Places toilet facility and all-terrain mobility scooter hire.

Beechenhurst will remain open as usual, you're still welcome to visit whilst work is taking place. Just make sure you pay attention to any safety signage.

Northern Light show in the garden, with the owls providing my sound track. The owls sounded almost as impressed as I was. So chuffed to be able to see some of the lights with the naked eye too.
