Exbury Gardens in gorgeous sunshine! Open now for Friends of Exbury and from Saturday for general public.

We have some availability in March and April so why not book a short stay and visit these lovely gardens which lead down to the Beaulieu River.

We also still have 3 Winter Warmer Weekends left

It is Book Direct Day today and we want today a big Thank You to everyone who books direct with us.

Booking direct is a win - win situation for everyone with guests paying less than if they book through large companies and owners can offer those lower prices because they are not paying large commissions.

Do always be careful when booking direct as unfortunately there are scammers out there. Do your checks on owners.

Magical Milford Christmas takes place on the weekend of 29 November - 1 December.

The Christmas lights will be switched on in the village with carols and other festive fun.

Don’t miss out on this fun event, it is very popular with our guests with some returning each year to enjoy.

We still have some availability during October half term.

Our cottage is ideal for a small family ( one child or two if happy to share a bed) and there is so much to do in the local area over half term!

Enjoy some spooky activities at Exbury Gardens or maybe visit Beaulieu and the Motor Museum. If you are visiting towards the end of half term there will be local fireworks displays too!

Milford is a lovely village with some great cafes, pubs and restaurants over looking the village green. Only a short walk to the beach this is a great place for a short break.

We welcome up to one large or two small dogs and offer short breaks ( 3 night min) year round.

Our Winter Warmer Weekends are always popular.

We want you to get the most out of your weekend so with our winter warmers you can arrive on Friday afternoon and leave as late as you like on Sunday.

Make the most of the weekend with breakfast at Melleford, fish and chips from Mr Pinks, a trip to the market at Lymington and maybe a walk along the spit to Hurst Castle.

Weekends from end October to mid March excluding Christmas and New Year.

It’s Pannage season! There will shortly be lots of piggies like these wandering around the forest.

Head out to look for them in the forest but be careful if driving in the dark.

Today certainly feels autumnal so why not book that break in the New Forest. It is a great place to stay with gorgeous autumn colours, great wildlife and the chance to see the pigs out for pannage.

Plover Cottage is a two hundred year old two double bedroom cottage and is ideal for a couple or two friends. Only ten minutes from the beach and in the heart of the village of Milford on Sea.

We welcome one large or two small dogs and we also offer short breaks ( 3 nights minimum)all year round.

The lights switch on and carols on the green will take place on the weekend of 29 November/ 1 December. This is a really lovely pre Christmas event to get you feeling really festive and it is also the weekend we decorate the cottages for Christmas so you will feel really Christmassy!
