✅Nearly Tiled 🙌

Recent works carried out over two properties including-

✅Removing all old metal sheeting from both garages over two properties.

✅Re-Boarded both garages using interlocking boards.

✅applied two layers of polyester felt bonded using hot bitumen.

✅finished all edges using a mineralised polyester felt,
Bonded with hot bitumen.

✅finished the roof with a coat of solar reflective paint.

✅Applied all new fascia’s and gutters around both garages using upvc white fascia’s & black gutters, fixed using all necessary fittings.
