That's another changeover done today, current guests leave Monday then another same-day changeover..we may have a few dates become available in September, but those who have already messaged us will be informed 1st.

Very disappointing to walk on to this! Fridge also not emptied, balloons everywhere, windows left open, blind damaged...guess who won't be back!.

Well another change over done.
Guests leaving have stayed twice now and coming back next year they say, guests arriving today are back for the 3rd time!
No wonder we're the top rated chalet for holidays in mablethorpe on Airbnb 😁.

Bedrooms and bathroom done....now to deep clean the living and kitchen area's.. Guest's arrive tomorrow then it's almost fully booked till May with limited availability till Mid June then almost fully booked till mid September.

A guest has changed dates meaning the 4th,5th,6th August are available again. (These are the only dates left in August)

So our latest guest's depart and I feel the need to remind you the chalet is NO SMOKING inside.
This is stated clearly on the Airbnb listing and inside the guidebook in the chalet. 👍

So as promised a while back here are pictures from Donna Nook, it's about 15/20 mins drive away, most of the year it's used as an RAF bombing range, between October and early January you will see seals.... and loads of em! They come up to the beach to give birth, it's very popular with visitors, the Jets will drop fake bombs (often sandbags) and fire at targets, the helicopters live fire at the targets and it looks spectacular especially at night and well worth a visit.

So with guest's arriving tomorrow it's time get the chalet prepared...but 1st a visit up Donna Nook..and amazingly still a baby seal or 2 are about.
Look at this little fella😍
The seals are normally here from late October till December if you're planning a visit.

Our 1st guest's of 2022 have now left, next guest's arrive in a few days...a lot of bookings have been made this week and August has limited availability.
Bookings this week have been made by previous guest's who are staying for the 3rd time! Also returning are guest's from 2021.
