Ah. Only in Marbs for a special job today. We HAD to see the donkeys apparently! Sadly most of my (not so) little ones are too tall now but they still have to say ‘Hello’. Never too old!!

Our minimum stay is 3 nights in summer so if you fancy a breather of anything from 3 to 13 nights 🌟 let me know. Plenty of time to eat ice cream 🍦 , potter on the beach 🏖️, ride the ghost 👻 train and splash 💦 in the paddling pools.

We don’t half have it good 😊. It’s only a short stroll across the sand dunes to the beach 🏖️. You can walk 🚶‍♀️ or ride the sand train 🚂 into town for the funfair 🎡 and arcades 🎰 or just kick back and enjoy.

I’m not the best at social media but this weekend is a bit of a special one 🤩so thought I’d share my chalet story 📖 with you. It’s not a mega essay….I promise.

💼 May Day bank holiday 2016 we stayed in Mablethorpe for the first time. Hired a chalet and did all kinds of beachy 🏖️ adventures with our kids - all under 6 👧 👧 👧 👦 at the time.
We came back in the summer 🌞 and were hooked.

At the end of the summer hols we plunged in and bought a chalet. 🏠 We let it out and used it ourselves inbetween bookings. We’ve grown as a business and now have a little fleet of 4 chalets. They’re all chalets we’ve put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into and consider them our comfy homes from home.

Kids have grown too and it’s nice that they think of Costa del Mablethorpe as one of their happy places ( that’s when they’re not doing grumpy teenage eye rolls at me).

We still love ❤️ the relaxation a chalet stay gives us ( even though it’s normally a busman’s holiday now) and feel at home with the community feel of the Chalet Park.
It’s a fab place in a lovely corner of the world 🌍.

So that’s us. We battled through Covid and came out the other end. 2024 is a hard year but we hope you might consider us for a little holiday if you can stretch to it this spring/summer.

Full pics will be incoming when I’ve made the bunk beds 🫣.

But, we’re nearly there with little ‘Sea Shell’ 🐚. Fresh coat of paint 🎨 and new flooring. New beds 🛌 are in the pipeline too.

Plenty of space for 2 and cosy for 4. Close to site entrance so even closer to the beach 🏖️.
