Our caravan is in Havan Golden sands Mablethorpe on Spruce Green, suitable for families of all ages. It is only a minutes walk away from all the entertainment and amenities and only 5 minutes from the very beautiful blue flag beach.

Availability between March & October, Monday to Friday
Prices between £200 - £450 Depending on date of stay.

£50 secures the dates. £50 returnable clean & care bond is required in addition to the holiday price and is refunded within 7 days of departure if our caravan is left how you found it, clean and tidy with no damages.

Once the deposit has been paid we ask for the remaining balance to be paid 4 weeks before your holiday. If holiday dates are within less than the 4 weeks the full amount is due at the time of booking

Payment Plans/ instalments accepted.
Check in for our caravan is 10am and check out time on your departure date is 3pm. Our keys are kept in a key safe box which is fitted to the caravan. The code to open the key safe box will be sent to you on the morning of your holiday, on your departure we ask for the keys to be returned back to the key safe box.

THAT ENTERTAINMENT PASSES FOR THE COMPLEX ONSITE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE HOLIDAY AND ARE TO BE PURCHASED ONLINE BEFORE YOUR HOLIDAY STARTS IF YOU REQUIRE THEM.
