Welcome to Limbs Luxury Holiday Homes At Tatterhsall Country Park

Hello, and thank you for choosing to stay in one of our family holiday homes. My name is Keighley and my husbands is James, we have two daughters Payton and Soifa. We have been coming to Tattershall Lakes for many years now and we fell in love with Tatterhsall on our first holiday. We have been so fortunate to be able to now own two holiday homes on amazing plots.

We hope you enjoy Tattershall Lakes Country Park as much as we do and enjoy staying in either The Langdale, The Woodlands.

We have included information about the park, local amenities, and attractions.

Our first holiday home is situated in a prime location within the Tattershall Lakes Country Park. Overlooking one of the many beautiful lakes this park has to offer, known as the Water Ski lake. On the plot there is also private parking.

The Langdale, holiday home is a two bed caravan, consisting of a master bedroom with a king size bed, complete with a 32inch TV and en-suite. Within the master bedroom you will find a Tresemee hair dryer (top draw), iron and ironing board can be found in one of the wardrobe spaces. The twin room again compete with a 19inchTV with built in DVD player. (there are two Tattershall mascot teddies within this room here for children to play with but please leave them at their home. Only hand towels are provided, within the bathroom and en-suite, along with toilet roll. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering purposes. There is a full-size fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, slow cooker 4 slice toaster and dishwasher. We also supply a mini luxury hamper which has tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate and biscuits. Opposite the kitchen is a 4-seater dining table complete with place mats and coasters. Following on is the living room, a great area for relaxing and family fun. The living room has a 50inch HD smart TV with its own Netflix account, a selection of DVDs and a Bluetooth sound bar. We also have our very own WIFI. You will also find a selection of family games to keep you entertained. Leading on from the living area is a veranda, with a bistro table ready for alfresco dinning with views of the lake. This holiday home is full residential spec, meaning everything inside is of extremely high quality.

This holiday home also has a decking area to the side, with a lockable gate which is great for families with smaller children offering that added security. On the decking area there is a 6-seater hot tub, which will be ready for your arrival. Also, a dinning set again ready for relaxing or alfresco dinning. The veranda also has spot lights (set on a timer) to enhance visibility on the veranda.

Our second holiday home is The Woodlands Lodge, an 8 birth 2019 Helmsley woodland lodge. On approach to The Woodlands we have fantastic views of the stunning Tattershall Castle. The lodge consists of a double bedroom with its on full size bathroom, two twin rooms, which also has access to their own full size bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering purposes. It has a full size fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and slow cooker. We also supply a mini luxury hamper which has tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate and biscuits. Opposite the kitchen is a dinning table complete with table mats and coasters, with salt and pepper grinders. Within the living room there is a 43inch smart HD TV, DVD Player with a selection of DVDs and board games. The sofa also pulls out into a double bed. outside is a large decked area complete with its own premium square hot tub, table and chairs ready for relaxing.

The park has some amazing on site facilities and amenities and are but a short walk away. (aproox 10 min from limbs lakeview and 3-5 mins from the woodlands).Offering a wide range of activities and plenty for couples and families to do.

Tattershall Lakes is packed with plenty of exciting activities for all the family to enjoy. There are several lakes within the park that are set aside for water skiing, jet skiing, angling, wake boarding etc. There is also a ‘just wake’ assault course.

On the park there is also crazy golf, swimming pool, splash park indoor and out (for kids) spa, gym, bars, amusements and restaurants. Whether its excitement, fun or relaxing Tattershall lakes has something for everyone.

The Park is located next door to Tattershall Castle and the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight in Coningsby and ten minutes’ drive from Woodhall spa.

Our holiday homes smoke free. Limbs Lakeview Luxury is pet free however in The Woodlands Lodge we will consider up to 2 dogs small to medium in size at £15 each, dogs must be house trained, sleep in their own bed, and are not permitted within the bedrooms. paws must also be cleaned due to cream carpets.

Check in is strictly from 3pm onwards and check out is strictly is 10am.

Park passes for the club house ad swimming pool can be purchased from reception/guest services and are approx. £30 off peak and £40 peak for up to 6 people for limbs lake view. For the woodlands it is £40 off peak and £50 peak.

Upon check out can you please leave all towels in the kitchen area and strip all beds of bedding ready for us to collect. This would be much appreciated!

A few Notes:

· If a stay is cancelled you automatically loose the deposit, also if a stay is cancelled 4 weeks or less prior to a stay all monies paid will be lost.

· We advise you to take travel insurance to cover the cost of any site outages or any other issues impacted through either the park or natural causes beyond our control.

Please note we are based next door to a RAF base which has active day and night flying, we advise you to check/research flight times as we can not be held accountable for flying times or if it at all has any impact on your holiday.
