🎉 It's OFFICIAL! The Mid Wales Tourism Awards 24/25 regional finalists are here! 🎉
A huge CONGRATULATIONS to all the incredible entries! We know every awards ceremony says this, but honestly – the judges REALLY did have some tough choices this year. With so many high-scoring entries, it’s a true testament to the quality of our sector. From small businesses to large, every single one of you should be proud of your achievements. 🙌
What really shone through was the commitment from businesses, big and small, to not only support their own success but also invest in the local communities they’re a part of. The passion for creating a true Mid Wales ‘sense of place’ for visitors, alongside continuous improvements for both their business and staff, is something we can all celebrate. 🌟
Tourism plays a vital role in our rural economy – supporting jobs, town centres, families, and giving visitors a genuine taste of what makes Mid Wales so special. 🏞️
Best of luck to all our finalists as they head to the next stage – and some might even represent us at the National Visit Wales Awards in 2025! ✨ (We might be a bit biased... but watch out, North, South East, and South West Wales! Mid Wales is coming! 😉😂)
..and we would like to have a BIG shout out Cambrian Training Company/ Cwmni Hyfforddiant Cambrian our headline sponsors, and also Powys County Council Ceredigion County Council who without their support the awards wouldn't have been able to go ahead! So we thank you on behalf of the region 🙏
