Come to Knoydart on the Western Isles Cruises and do some Christmas shopping, times tie in with the ferry (leaves Mallaig at 11 and returns from Inverie at 3) and there’s time for a drink in The Old Forge.

It's Games day tomorrow, and we'll be providing a field bar on Long Beach. The pub will open at 3:30pm.
🍔 Food: kitchen open 4-7:30pm first-come-first-served, and we'll also have a 🌯 Burrito Bar 🌯 outside 5-7pm!

✨ ARE YOU WALKING IN TO KNOYDART THIS SUMMER? ✨
The Old Forge will be featuring in a BBC documentary this summer, part of which will focus on the 'walk in' to Knoydart. Filming will take place 17-22nd June and the team would love to speak with folk who are taking on the walk in - or better yet join them for a bit of the journey. If you'd be interested please get in touch - willing participants will be well fed and watered upon arrival! 🍻

A great way to spend time on Knoydart, hire an e-bike for the day and bike up to Sandaig where there is always a warm welcome from Bettina and Roland. Enjoy a Cuppa and look out at the spectacular views.

For anyone soon making the visit to Knoydart please be aware that harvesting of sections of woodland around Inverie is currently in operation.

Please note that in the interests of safety that some of the paths in the woods are temporarily closed while harvesting operations are underway.

There is also signage in the woods.
