We want to take a moment to thank you for being part of the Doune Bay Lodge family. Whether you’ve stayed with us before or are dreaming of visiting, your support means the world to us.

Each season brings new adventures, and we’re grateful to share this beautiful corner of the world with such wonderful people. From stunning sunsets over the bay to cozy evenings by the firepit, every moment here is better because of you.

What a blast we’ve had over the last couple of weeks. Girls on Hills took over the lodge over the last two weekends making it a very exciting beginning for our short break season.
Sadly last weekend was the last time we will see them here this year 🥲
But 🤗🤗🤗 they’ve already booked for next year so we get to do it all over again 😊😊😊
Not only do Girls on Hills support our business. They always make sure they try and support as many of the other local businesses as possible. The Old Forge Knoydart Pottery and Tearoom Sandaig The SHOP - Knoydart and of course our own Coffee Knoydart Being able to support all the businesses here is very important for us and we would just like to say thanks 🙏 to everybody that stayed with us 😁

Once again they did us a fab scrabble review 😊

It’s grape picking day again 🍇

The Isle of Skye, with its rugged landscapes and mystical beauty, looks especially haunting in the mist. The fog adds a layer of mystery, making the hills and cliffs seem even more otherworldly. A perfect setting for some folklore-inspired tales! Or in my case, having a glass of wine and just enjoying the view 😊
