Is it really 8 years since the first guests came through our doors! We still enjoy meeting everyone who comes to stay at our now holiday let in the peace and quiet of the countryside.
We never take for granted the wonderful reviews left by guests, but they sure make us want to continue to share our home with others.

Today 6 years ago the dream became a reality and we welcomed our first guests to stay at our home on a bed & breakfast basis.

We are still welcoming guests today but now we have changed the use to a holiday let in the main and now up to 12 guests are able to enjoy the peace and tranquillity The Woodlands Farmhouse has to offer.

There are only 4 weekends of this year available to book and we have been blown away with the amount of bookings & the reviews people have left us.

So it's Happy Birthday / Penblwydd Hapus to us and tonight we may just celebrate 🎉🍾🥂🎉 & look back on the memories of the last 6 years and plan the future 🤔.
The picture is of our new sign ( it's taken this long to decide what we wanted)

Couldn't let the day pass without acknowledging that 4 years ago my dream did come true!

The Covid19 pandemic may have temporarily stopped guests coming to stay, but the last four years we have met people from home and away who came as strangers but left as friends.

Hopefully at some point whan it is safe to do so we will welcome guests again, but today we remember the good times we have had.

In the light of all that is going on, last night all members of the family thought we would walk our woodland walk to show you the beauty of the surrounding area to our farm.
It's with sadness that for the foreseeable future we will be the only ones to cherish what we have and not be able to share it with you, but we completely understand the need for all of this!
Hopefully we will be able to welcome you back very soon, but in the meantime take care of yourselves and your families and stay safe and healthy!
