🌟Relief Support Worker vacancy🌟

Branches is looking for a new team member to join our ever growing service.

⭐️ Hours ⭐️ (as and when) flexible to cover staff holidays, Sickness & busy periods.

🌟The role will involve supporting people at our service, getting involved with our daily activity sessions, taking part in community based activities.

🌟 In addition to that role we are also keen to find either a volunteer/casual worker to help us with our Polly tunnel growing project in Suckley. - someone with knowledge on growing & allotments! 🥕🌻🫛

⭐️We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed, person-centered worker who has a passion for making a difference to people’s daily lives.

Must have great communication skills, enjoy working as part of a team, be willing to bring own interests & ideas to daily activities & most importantly have a positive, fun-loving, & friendly approach to others.

⭐️Experience desirable though not essential.
⭐️Inital mandatory training can be provided.
⭐️Must be available to work 10am till 3pm on agreed sessions. (We are open Monday to Friday)

Worker will need to complete a current DBS check (we will pay for this)
Rates of pay negotiable......

🍬 Easter Biscuit Decorating 🍬

🌳 26th & 27th March in the Cafe from 9am until 2pm

🍪 £2.95/ kit which includes our home made shortbread bunny or egg shaped biscuits, icing and various chocolate, sweets & sprinkles to decorate!

No need to book - find a table in the cafe & head to the counter & buy your kit 😁 (along with anything else... coffee, cake, breakfast, lunch! 🤩)

We raised £515 for charity selling our Christmas reindeer & fairy houses!
Proceeds have been sent to selected charities! 🙏🏼

What a chilly week it’s been! Some of our group wrapped up warm & got some very fresh air at the polly tunnel, made a fire & cooked bacon sarnies. 😋 some stayed in the warm and made apple & blackberry turnovers & todays group have been at the gym.

Our indoor play corner is going to take on a bit of a theme each day of the week...a bit of a 'Stay & Play' idea for Babies & Toddler/Preschoolers.

I am by no means a pro setting this up BUT we have some space inside in the warm and we need customers in the week (in all honesty) during these quieter month's. So we've bought some toys and put some themes together! For that reason, it's free to come along!

BUT (another one) we ask that you buy a coffee... or a breakfast or some cake, lunch? And more cake? 😁

These will run Wednesday to Thursday from 11am until 2pm

The small print:
👶🏼 👧🏼 Children/babies should be supervised at all times
🧸 To enable us to continue to have our play corner fully equipped, please make sure no toys are taken home for sleepovers..😉
