All Included packages will no longer include onboard staff
gratuities in the purchase price, so our mutual guests will now have the flexibility of expressing their appreciation to crew by pre-paying gratuities at the time of booking or in-person onboard. The inclusion of Classic Drinks and Basic Wi-Fi will continue to provide significant savings compared to onboard pricing
The Retreat®
New reservations in The Retreat made after 4 October 2023 will enjoy Premium Wi-Fi, Premium Drinks, including drink package gratuities, and The Retreat amenity access for all guests in the stateroom as a part of their elevated Suite experience.
We will no longer be offering gratuities and onboard credit as part of the All Included package.
AquaClass®
Starting 4 October 2023, guests who book an AquaClass stateroom will now enjoy a choice of two rates: an All Included rate or a No Perk rate. This new offering gives guests the choice of easily adding the All Included Classic Drinks and Basic Wi-Fi package or tailoring benefits based on their preferences.

Due to grace the seas in early 2024, The 249th ship extends the Cunard Line for future generations. Queen Anne will make up a remarkable quartet alongside Queen Mary 2, Queen Victoria, and Queen Elizabeth.

MSC Virtuosa is a Meraviglia-Plus class cruise ship owned and operated by MSC Cruises. Built by Chantiers de l'Atlantique in Saint-Nazaire, France, she is the second ship in the Meraviglia-Plus class and sister ship to MSC Grandiosa.
Her Historic Maiden Voyage has just Finished in Southampton this morning.
Here are the views from a Very good friend of Ours who was on board the first Cruise to depart and in British Waters since the outset of the Covid Pandemic to celebrate a special Birthday.
Day 1
When the captain announced :
“We are finally sailing, we are BACK”
He paid respect to all key workers in every sector and to those who have fallen ...
A huge achievement MSC Virtuosa ... we are sailing and it feels so blummin good ...
Day 2
🚢 Emotions run high as the ship cruise director introduces the senior team, the captain thanks everyone and realises the moment that this voyage is history in the making
🎭 Entertainment is 1st class
📄 We somehow, randomly ended up on page 8 of The Guardian⁉️
🚢 We had a delectable time in the jacuzzi (38 degrees!) and exploring the ship
🚢 MSC Virtuosa is Very Highly recommended
Day 3
🚢 We’ve noticed that it’s taken a day or so for passengers to relax and get the hang of being human again, almost asking for permission to have a great time in the theatres, singing, dancing and interacting with the fantastic MSC staff onboard - we can see them now being romantic, having fun, loosening up and it’s wonderful to see..
🚢 Flume Fun today! Felt awesome
🚢 The dolphins 🐬 came to dance in the Sea at Portland , Just by the Ship at breakfast
🚢 everything is table service, in communal bars / social areas, tables and theatre seats are eloquently socially distanced
🚢 Food has been so lovely, great wines, lots of cocktails!
🚢 I want to take home all of the MSC staff because they are amazing humans

Anthem of the Seas will be sailing from Southampton this summer. From 7th July 2021, the incredible Quantum-class ship will be sailing 4-to 8-night itineraries, including ocean getaways and cruises around the British Isles for UK guests (including guests from Northern Ireland).
Hopefully, it's now less than one month until U.K guests can cruise again on-board the new flagship MSC Virtuosa!

CUNARD SUMMER AT SEA
CUNARD SUMMER AT SEA ITINERARIES ANNOUNCED ON SALE FROM 31 MARCH 2021
Cunard returns this summer with a collection of thirteen new itineraries on board Queen Elizabeth, exclusively for UK guests.
Sailing from July through to October, these voyages will range from three to 12 nights and will sail directly from Southampton and back. Your customer’s can absorb the beauty of Britain’s ever-changing coastline with scenic sailings, explore sparkling cities on UK shores, or embark on the perfect summertime journey, spending seven nights at sea, sailing wherever the sun shines brightest
Our new Summer at Sea voyages will be exclusively for UK residents who have been vaccinated.
Given the advanced progress of the UK vaccination programme, and strong expressed preference on the part of our guests for this limited series of UK coastal voyages, these sailings on Queen Elizabeth will be for UK resident, COVID-19 vaccinated, guests only.
For these voyages the definition of “vaccinated” is a minimum of seven days following the second dose of the currently approved COVID-19 vaccines being administered. Proof of vaccination and the dates given will be required (approved forms of evidence will be confirmed closer to time of departure) and this will be required to be shown at the terminal prior to boarding. Failure to provide this evidence will result in denial of boarding at the guest’s own expense. There is no age restriction on this series of UK coastal voyages but all guests of all ages must meet the requirements of the COVID-19 vaccination policy.
Important.
All other Cunard voyages on sale do not currently require guests to be vaccinated
(all voyages departing on Queen Elizabeth on or after 2 October, departing on Queen Mary 2 on or after 13 November and departing on Queen Victoria on or after 28 August).
