😍 Introducing Fleet House, Preston 😍

We are excited to bring 2 beautiful apartments to our portfolio of managed properties. Fleet House has a real hotel style vibe but with the added benefit of all your home-from-home comforts.

Whether you’ll be visiting Preston for a leisure activity or with work, our 2 apartments will be perfect for you, offering 2 great bedrooms with fitted furniture and dedicated work stations. The lounge has a large sofa bed, our kitchens offer everything you need including a dishwasher and the apartments offer large bathroom with separate shower as well as an en-suite to the master bedroom.

Fleet House is situated in the centre of Preston, minutes from the train station and shopping outlets.

These apartments will be live on our site soon and available to take bookings from January 1st 2025

RECRUITING NOW - PROPERTY MANAGER

Assured stays are currently expanding throughout the North West and North East of England aswell as North Wales.

We are recruiting a highly organised property manager who has hospitality management experience. As a property manager you will be responsible for working with our Director, the customer service team and the front line housekeeping operations team.

You will report regularly to clients, assist with onboarding of new clients, co-ordinate maintenance on properties, conduct regular property inspections and assist guests when needed.

In serviced accommodation, the role of a property manager isn’t just being behind a desk, it involves being very operational, an understanding of how the hospitality sector works, the ability to take on minor maintenance issues. The role itself is very varied.

As we are in a hospitality sector, we are not just 9-5 so the role requires some weekend working as-well as being “on call” during busy days/evenings.

Some of the role can be remote from time to time. Fuel allowance or company issued vehicle also supplied

It’s an exciting week for Assuded Stays as we put the finishing touches to our 5 large apartments in Bury! Our kit out team are busy finishing feature walls, hanging curtains and doing last minute dashes to shops for the final bits… all ready for mr photographer on Saturday

We will be going live with these apartments on Monday/Tuesday, giving guests he opportunity to stay in some stylish, large apartments

Then after Bury, it’s over to East to Kingston Upon Hull to launch 5 stunning studio apartments which will compliment our existing managed portfolio!

It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas 🎅 🎄 👀 are you travelling to Manchester to the Christmas markets this year? Every year more and more people come to enjoy the festivities of the festive markets which gets even bigger each year.

Whether it’s an evening of mulled wine or some food or a spot of shopping for those stocking fillers, Manchester Christmas markets covers all bases!

There is so much to enjoy at the markets, that it can’t possibly be done in one day. Out top tip is to spread the experience out over a couple of days in the week when it’s less busy and book somewhere local to stay over … we have a selection of beautiful properties near by in places like Eccles, Salford, Stockport and even a little further afield like Bolton and Bury .. all our locations have easy access to the city centre by train, tram or bus!

👀 we are 90% of the way there with the kit outs at our 5 beautiful apartments in Bury 👀 … we’ve got a bit of a turquoise theme going in apartment number 1 … the team are SUPER excited to see these beauties launch in around a weeks time!

We will be launching 3x 1 bedroom apart and 2x 2 bedroom apartments. All the apartments will sleep 4 as the 1 beds have sofa beds! Guests can book each one individually or if you’re a group of up to 20 then you could book all 5 apartments together 😍

FEELING IN THE DARK WITH YOUR CURRENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!?? 👀… Client transparency is at the top of the list in our serviced accommodation management business.

Many of our competitors provide monthly revenue reports to owner clients which hide all the data they’re entitled to!

All clients of Assured Stays receive a monthly revenue statement with an itemisation of their income and outgoings, as standard we include;

✅ The booking platform of each reservation
✅ The gross revenue including any additional upsells and cleaning fees
✅ A breakdown of all deductions such as housekeeping, management, OTA commissions, card fees

We ensure that clients have full transparency of their income and expenditure in their monthly statements, to ensure our clients can report their earnings to HMRC but also get a full picture of their property performance.

We have had clients join us from competitors and we’ve seen their reservation statements which just show “income” and “outgoings” with no information on individual bookings, which platforms they’ve come from, what the costs are etc… and we think that’s naughty!
