As we approach an extremely busy season and expand across the north wales coast, we are recruiting a part time property manager.

As a property manager you will be responsible for taking care of the managed sites across the north wales coast in places such as Llandudno and Colwyn Bay.

You will assist with guest issues, co-ordinate contractors, oversee housekeeping, ensure all properties are well supplied, meeting and speaking with clients, ensuring compliance and welcoming new clients.

Experience in hospitality and/or property is desired but not essential as training will be provided.

You will be supported by our senior management team

You will drive and have your own vehicle for getting around

Assured Stays Management would like to take this opportunity to publicly apologise to Phil Sproson Photography for the use of his beautiful photo without permission. We found an image on Google of Peak District scene which we really liked and we saved it and used it on a page, we should have investigated who the copyright holder was and obtained consent, this was an oversight and we apologise.

We greatly respect the copyright of photography and even in our terms of business we have clauses to protect the freelance photographers we use, to prevent unlawful use of their image, our actions were done without malice to Phil.

Having now seen the wonderful work of Phil and the beautiful images of the Peak District, we will definitely look to purchase some printed images from him that we can use within the holiday let properties we manage in the Peak District.

As a gesture of goodwill, we have made a financial settlement offer to the photographer for the brief period we displayed his image and we have removed this image from our website today.

Our apologies once more and we look forward to purchasing some beautiful imagery from this local talented photographer in the future.
