It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas 🎅 🎄 👀 are you travelling to Manchester to the Christmas markets this year? Every year more and more people come to enjoy the festivities of the festive markets which gets even bigger each year.

There is so much to enjoy at the markets, that it can’t possibly be done in one day. 👀 we are 90% of the way there with the kit outs at our 5 beautiful apartments in Bury 👀 … we’ve got a bit of a turquoise theme going in apartment number 1 … the team are SUPER excited to see these beauties launch in around a weeks time!

We will be launching 3x 1 bedroom apart and 2x 2 bedroom apartments. All the apartments will sleep 4 as the 1 beds have sofa beds! Guests can book each one individually or if you’re a group of up to 20 then you could book all 5 apartments together 😍

FEELING IN THE DARK WITH YOUR CURRENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!?? 👀… Client transparency is at the top of the list in our serviced accommodation management business.

Many of our competitors provide monthly revenue reports to owner clients which hide all the data they’re entitled to!

All clients of Assured Stays receive a monthly revenue statement with an itemisation of their income and outgoings, as standard we include;

✅ The booking platform of each reservation
✅ The gross revenue including any additional upsells and cleaning fees
✅ A breakdown of all deductions such as housekeeping, management, OTA commissions, card fees

We ensure that clients have full transparency of their income and expenditure in their monthly statements, to ensure our clients can report their earnings to HMRC but also get a full picture of their property performance.

We have had clients join us from competitors and we’ve seen their reservation statements which just show “income” and “outgoings” with no information on individual bookings, which platforms they’ve come from, what the costs are etc… and we think that’s naughty!

Having graduated from her masters degree in Property Management a few years ago, Esther has worked in property management for a number of years, her industry knowledge and experience will be a huge asset to our company.

Pearl (left) and Christine (right) have been with our team for several months! Both of these ladies are integral part of our operational team. If you’re a guest and stayed in one of our properties, you’ll have spoken to this team and had all the questions answered

In addition to our guest communications, they run all our internal communications with our sister company Assured Clean, ensuring every clean is complete and communications from the team on the ground are relayed to clients

Our relations team work from 8am until 8pm, 7 days a week and keep the wheels moving

👀 We love Stockport! 👀 Cravenwood House has been a huge success since we launched a few months ago, so much so that our client extended into the garage to create more bedrooms! … we know our guests love Stockport too, so we are thrilled to give you a sneak peak of a lovely new property which we will be managing soon!

This beautiful property is currently being looked after by another fantastic management company for short term leisure guests, but they are sadly having to close their business to focus on health issues (we wish the owner the fastest and best recovery) so they have recommended us to their client and he’s entrusted us to look after their gem of a property!

Our sister company Assured Clean have been lucky enough to provide housekeeping on this for many months, so our team know the property inside and out (and it’s always secretly been one of our favourites)!

MAINTENANCE PERSON REQUIRED:

Are you strong? Do you have defined abs? Are you 6 foot 2 with slick back hair and an amazing smile? Do you have an insatiable charm? Is your choice of aftershave irresistible to all who are around you? Can you turn your hand to any maintenance issue? Do you make everybody go weak at the knees!?

No we didn’t think so either …. but not to worry we are recruiting a maintenance person to work part time to take care of all the Little maintenance issues throughout our portfolio properties. The above criteria does not apply (but certainly advantageous 🤣) … however we do need somebody who can be hands-on and do a vast array of handiwork

The position will be available sometime towards the end of September and applicants must have a full UK driving license and have the ability to work some weekends and occasional unsociable hours when we have emergency callouts

MAJOR GLOBAL TECH ISSUES!

Like millions of businesses around the world this morning, including airports, banks and retail stores, we are having tech issues due to the major Microsoft outage.

We currently have no access to emails which have been sent to us since yesterday, we are unable to send emails also.

Additionally, it would seem that payment systems globally are also affected, which is preventing us from processing any card payments, making and receiving payments.

We are asking clients who are trying to contact us via email to do so through social media channels and we hope that the big boys in tech sort things out asap

If you are a guest, trying to contact us to make a payment for a reservation or a security deposit, please contact us through your booking channel directly and our team will be able to assist.
