Summer recruitment is well underway 📣

Thank you to all our new staff members who attended our first induction event today having been successful in the recruitment rounds. We’re delighted to welcome you to the PES team, and work with you over the coming months.

Our induction events are crucial for all staff, especially those who may be newer to the industry. We discuss and provide information to prepare for the upcoming Summer event calendar, along with the opportunity to meet our management and leadership team and also to network with new colleagues.

Here at Practical Event Solutions we pride ourselves on supporting all of our staff team to positively engage with development, training and progression opportunities.

It’s great to see the provision in place through the Safer Business Network and Security Industry Authority with their new e-learning package, Welfare and Vulnerability Engagement (WAVE). It is an opportunity to interact with vital training scenarios, build or reinforce knowledge and develop CV experience, all by accessing the course for free for SIA licence holders.

This is a valuable opportunity for those who work with us at PES to participate in this free course - we’d strongly encourage all to do so.
