A few food traders you can expect to greet on the day are:
Mr Murrays Scotch Eggs: These absolutely mouthwateringly delicious scotch eggs are made using free range eggs in several flavours to choose from. They even have a delicious vegetarian option which is a firm favourite, the Chilli Cheese Welsh Rarebit! 😋
Jyotismomo: Satisfy your lunchtime cravings with this delicious Nepalese street food! If you haven’t tried a MOMO before, these steamed dumplings are a real treat not to be missed. A traditional and authentic taste of Nepal handmade in Manchester! 🇳🇵🥟
Bueno Bites: They will be bringing their amazing range of international desserts including tarta tres leches from Venezuela, brigadeiro from Brazil, New York style stuffed-cookies, Spanish flan and Basque cheesecake and many more creative desserts! 🌍 🍰

Len Grant: For the last few years this artist has been sketching their way around the Northern Quarter to make their latest sketchbook! ‘Bars and Barbers: Sketches from the Northern Quarter’ is a newly published 96-page hardback book full of a wonderful collection of artworks from arguably Manchester's coolest neighbourhood! 👏 📒🎨🖌️
Third Eye of Newt: If you have been looking for an original one-off piece of stunning jewellery, then look no further because this business sells lovely unique vintage pieces as well as their own handmade flower jewellery to carry Spring and Summer with you year-round! Additionally, they sell amazing vintage homeware, film cameras and accessories. Their stall is well worth a visit! 📸 🌼
Aureli: If you’re after a memorable experience for yourself and friends, be sure to stop by this stall to have your own bespoke, made to measure, seamless jewellery made. This permanent jewellery is intricately welded together on the spot, to create a special piece that is truly unique. 👩🏭💕
