It was lovely to welcome students from Trinity Church of England High School today as part of their sector visits in Manchester.

We kicked off with an intro to Code from our founder Tony, played some interactive agile games before rounding off with a micro-ideation workshop!

Students also got to hear from our Computerlovers about their journeys into digital, as well as ask any burning questions on getting started in the industry 💬

Over the past 18 months, many of us will have experienced mental health issues that we’ve never faced before, and it's really important that nobody suffers alone.

To support this at Code, we implemented a Mental Health Ally programme with  - a group of trained voluntary employees who are readily available to listen to any colleague with a mental health concern, signpost to additional resources and support, and in extreme cases, safeguard.

We asked one of our allies, Dan, about why he chose to become a Mental Health Ally.
