I’m back sat at my desk today, feeling a little red in the cheeks, and dizzy from late nights/early mornings and an action-packed 3-day itinerary at the Club Med Palmyre, Antalya Turkey!

If you’ve never heard of Club Med, in a short summary it’s:

○ Very action packed and included in the all-inclusive package: Activities include paddle tennis / football / water sports / archery / snorkelling trips / circus schools

○ It has a very international feel: I noticed many Brit’s on holiday, but it’s not a British resort. The easiest way to summarise this is that you wouldn’t have known that either France/Turkey, etc, were playing in the Euro’s. They do approach these things differently, don’t they?

○ It has themed nights: I didn’t know if I liked the idea of being told how to dress for most nights out, but by the end I realised you could participate as much or as little as you wished.

○ It’s not pitched as luxury: I’ll admit I thought it was going to be more luxurious, but the hotel is pitched at the activities and food over designer lamps and furniture in the bedrooms, but at the same time the rooms are perfectly fine, and the rest of the resort does have a luxury feel to it.

○ FOOD!: There’s both a la carte and buffet options, and there’s no limit to using the a la carte restaurants, which are beautifully themed and set up.

All in all, I’m going to look at taking the family to the Club Med Cefalu site in Siciliy next year, so it’s left a great impression and highly recommended!

This 5-star resort boasts beautiful gardens, a vast sandy beach, and endless activities for all ages. It promises to be the perfect escape!

It's such a great way to capture the highlights of their incredible journey. They ditched the main tourist stops and ventured to see Northern Vietnam's hidden gems.
