Yesterday Pog showed his intent by getting a couple of Pave KOMs and going close on the Carrefour de l'Arbre. The tension is definitely building for a fabulous race next weekend!

However it's worth remembering the Roubaix cobbles are most probably in very fine fettle at the moment (it's not rained for at least two weeks, probably longer) and there was almost certainly a decent tailwind on long sections of both Mons-en-Pévèle and the Carrefour yesterday. Getting the KOM is one thing, but will he have the power when it really counts?

We can't wait to find out 😁

To say we are a little excited, would be an understatement 🥳
Not since Wiggo (2014) and G (2014 and 2018) has a grand boucle winner (or serious contender) taken on the Pave of Roubaix, (as far as we can remember). After the Men's Milan Sanremo last weekend probably being the best addition since Kwiato nicked the victory from Sagan and Alaphilippe; to see Pog and MVP slogging it out again on the cobbles could make this the best Roubaix for many many years.

Want to witness some history in the making? We still have hotels in Roubaix for you to watch the Women's and Men's pro races. The trip also allows you to ride the Paris Roubaix Challenge, but you can quite easily leave that to the pros instead if you prefer 😊

25 - 28 April. La Doyenne . As a cyclist there is something really special about completing the oldest monument. It's still an amazing day long adventure on a bike to thi that either goes up or down for almost its entire length. Then once it's over, it has the added bonus that you can cheer on the pros (men and women) the following day.
