We are on the final week of preparations for our annual Brighter Together Staff Conference & Awards 🎉

This year aims to be the best one yet as we integrate with our colleagues from Agiito and bring the best in all under one roof. We'll hear from people across the business while gearing up for some exciting news about the future of the company!

We were delighted to be invited to play its part in The BTA Accommodation Conference in London yesterday!

In the afternoon the focus was on Corporate Rate Increases for 2024 where Clarity’s Head of Land Product, Suzanne Barnes, was on hand to join the panel.

She said: “I welcomed taking part in the discussion about rate increases and how buyers can best manage their budgets. Above all, I love networking with like-minded colleagues within the TMC community discussing the hot topics in the industry.

“It was great to hear from the hotel partners about the challenges they are facing and what TMCs can do to support them.”

The busiest year yet – that’s the tale of the stats for 2023 and our Travel Alerts team who look after clients for Clarity, Destination Sport and Elegant Resorts.

In total, they actioned just over 5,500 alerts, an increase of 14% on the previous 12 months. From a client update point of view this equated to more than 2,500,000 client emails and nearly 800 social media updates throughout the year!

The Travel Alerts team said: “2023 has proved to be a very busy year for us. From typhoons to earthquakes, freak storms to global unrest, this year has been full of challenges.

“The 24-hour, 365 days a year service that the team provide can be testing, but we pride ourselves in keeping our clients up to date with the latest information."

Since 2019, travel alert incidents have risen by 87% and 2024 is sure to be another busy year 🌍
