At Embrace Birthing we teach the Wise Hippo Birthing Programme. This programme is a complete 10 hour programme that generally runs as 4 x 2.5 hour classes. A workbook and mp3s are provided to support your practice at home. We hold regular group classes in Stoneclough, alternatively we are available for private classes in the comfort of your own home.
