So, after a Spring and Summer of me literally doing the work of 2 instructors single handed, we have a new instructor here at Two Wheel Training.
Its been beyond busy with long days. It's often been a case of Sleep Eat Work Repeat.
But the Cavalry has arrived in the form of Nick Newton.
I call him Nick of Time 😁.
Nick is an experienced and excellent instructor with many years experience. We are very lucky to have Nick on board 😀.

Today we said our final goodbyes to Simon Scattergood.

I knew Simon from his Bike Examiner days at Sutton in Ashfield test centre many years ago when I was a newly qualified bike instructor. He also took two of my three daughters for their full motorcycle test 🥰. I also remember enjoying the tea and biscuits Simon provided for any visitors at Chesterfield test centre during his time there 😃.

Then latterly I would see Simon when he was visiting Colwick test centre. He always took the time to say hello, how are you ... was always welcoming.

A gentleman, an absolute professional, and a friend.
You will be missed.

Beautiful sermon which Simon had apparently collaborated in, and I could hear him in the words that were chosen.

Air Ambulance Ride Out?

Just a massive thank you to all the Marshals who joined us on the Air Ambulance ride out today and gave their time freely to help make things run smoothly.

Thank you to all the riders who joined us too! Was great to see you all 😁.

The weather was definitely NOT onside for the outbound journey, but we enjoyed sunshine inbound.

Think - Washing machine on the way out, and Tumble Drier on the way home 🤣😬.

Well done one and all
