The lake just minutes from the Rhiw Goch. It has a lovely bridle way around the outside , parking and extended walks on the far end if you want to add a little extra.

It's moments like this when I eventually get access to the kids. My lad wakes me up saying he has missed me and climbs next to me wanting a hug, now laying snoring away, this is what makes me want to finish the project, give him the legacy and freedom in life for him to enjoy without the stresses and strains I have had to suffer to achieve it.
Life a year ago felt like I was dreaming. I was so happy for so many years that I thought this would be the end chapter

To have a dream ripped away is certainly a very humbling experience and makes me want to push forward and rebuild these old buildings. Making some great friends on the way, I can't wait for the weather to get nicer and get the roofs on and yet going.

Thank you to everyone locally for the support and reminding me. " Gosh, it's a big project." The stories im told about how they remember the pub being busy makes me think of the history here

I am still working on collecting images of the old building inside or out for adding online and maybe storey board inside once done if anyone has any, please.

Nice storm last weekend upgraded the barn into a convertible.
We have carried out some research and have come to realise that convertible buildings in wales during winter isn't ideal.

The roof must go back on for now, booked in at the start if the year (around feb) for a new slate roof and refurbishment. It's been around 14years since this building was stripped of the slate roof. It's going to make the whole front so much better.

We hope the bungalow extensions flat roof can get a nice peak as well to transform the look.

Transformatiom/ restoration is going to start again 2025 and we hope to get the main buildings floor up and flooded with fresh concrete.

Getting my head back in the game to move on.
