Due to the current government lockdown restrictions we are currently unable to let Ivy Cottage to guests. These government rules are due to be reviewed on the 16th February and we will update our website at that time.

Due to the government restrictions and Derbyshire now being placed in Tier 4 we are not able to provide overnight accommodation until we are lowered down into Tier 2. The next review of Tiers is on 13th January and we will update our website then. Any breaks you would like to book for 2021 will only require a 10% deposit that will be fully refundable if the government extends the restrictions. In anticipation of the governments further lifting the lockdown restrictions we are now taking bookings from the 4th July and we are quickly getting booked up for summer.
We currently only require a 10% booking deposit (normally 25%) that will be fully refundable should the government extend the non essential travel ban into those dates.
We will be undertaking extensive anti bacterial cleaning of the cottage before guests arrive for their stay and we can arrange no contact key collection for arrival. Please see our website www.peakcountrycottages.co.uk for availability and details of the cottage.
