In the heart of Wiltshire, this new, two-bedroom property is located on an established working alpaca farm, offering a unique experience, secluded in nature and fully equipped. The accommodation comprises a double bedroom on the ground floor, toilet and shower/wet room, open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, private patio terrace and garden for outdoor relaxation and dining, and a second double bed

room on an upper-floor mezzanine. Living space includes a fully equipped, fitted kitchen, with induction hob, combi fan oven with steamer and microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. Open-plan living and dining area to seat four. There is a wood burning stove for cool evenings, and outdoor private space with seating and a table for al fresco summer dining. All furnishings are modern in style, in keeping with the contemporary design of the building. The farm stay has been designed to a very high ecological standard. All consideration has been given to maintaining an Eco friendly living environment.
