The house consists of 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, set in extensive gardens with mountain and countryside views. the house consists of 7 bedrooms -
main house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite, sleeping 8 adults and 2 children, we can add another 2 camp beds to the master bedroom for up to 2 extra children. The annex which is attached then has a further 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeping an

other 6 adults and up to 2 children on additional camp beds. the house consists of large entrance hall, TV room, living room, games room, dining room, open plan kitchen and breakfast dining area. the annex has a separate kitchen and living room. we do allow up to 2 well behaved dogs and even have a room with a doggie shower in. Outside we have hot tub and outside dining area and a separate picnic and children's play area. Also balcony with amazing views of Snowdonia.
