Please be careful

Picture showing sandbank rip setup at Whitsand bay (Tregonhawke) the rip currents have been bad here on all tides.

Yesterday there were 9 people rescued by off duty lifeguards and members of the public at Tregonhawke, there has also been rescues at Freathy and Tregantle too.

THERE ARE NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY ACROSS WHITSAND BAY AT THE MOMENT PLEASE TAKE EXTREME CAUTION

Built brand new for 2019 by one of the owners himself, this one bedroom apartment is the perfect blend of modern and cosy. Situated in the pretty village of Millbrook and run by a local family, Lime Tree is less than ten minutes away from Whitsand Bay – the picturesque forgotten corner of Cornwall. It’s also just five minutes away from the twin fishing villages of Kingsand and Cawsand where you can find everything from unique little shops, to ice cream, pasties and local ale. There are many more sites along the Rame Peninsula, some of which are on show in the apartment itself in the form of local artwork.

The name Lime Tree was given due to the bright and beautiful greenery surrounding the apartment, the perfect scenic and tranquil place to either switch off from the world or relax and prepare for the next venture along the beach.

The local shops and pub are a stone’s throw away, and with the village being built around a lake it makes for some lovely afternoon walks.

The Space:

Primarily a one bedroom apartment, however with a sofa bed in the lounge area it can easily accommodate more. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, washing machine, fridge and freezer. With its own private entrance and courtyard, you can enjoy your own space, not to mention outside table and chairs to make the most of the Cornish sun. Parking also available in front of the apartment on the driveway.

The gigantic reason why we named our holiday let Lime Tree - it looks even bigger when the leaves are out. It feels like you are in a tree house.
