Driving Miss Daisy is a companion driving business that wants to feel like family for when family isn’t there. Our companion drivers assist members of the community in a wide variety of ways including accompanying them on days out or shopping trips, taking them to and from medical appointments or simply providing companionship. We have an exciting new opportunity providing much needed support to the Ambulance service as non-emergency patients transports drivers, full training (including first-aid and dementia awareness training) which will be provided. You will also be provided with a vehicle to drive. You would need to hold a full UK driving license with less than 6 points and to be DBS checked.
