Festival HQ is a hive of activity making the arrangements for welcoming you to our wonderful medieval village to celebrate the magic of Christmas. Just a reminder that the Dunster Winter Festival is being held during the daytime and over the weekend of Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th December. For more information on what is happening each day check out the programme on the Festival website.

There is no road closure, so normal parking arrangements apply. It will be busier than a typical day, so we suggest planning ahead and if you can - get here early, car share, get a bus or taxi, cycle or walk.

More events are being added everyday so like our page to keep up to date and keep checking the website.

Pretty Watersmeet is where the East Lyn and Hoar Oak Water meet, about 2.5 miles above Lynmouth.

The gorgeous area is home to some of the best walks on Exmoor. If you're thinking of making a trip, there are toilets with baby-changing and a cafe.
