EastHill Caravan Hire Butlins Minehead

We advertise our caravans in a few places but one being a website called ukcaravans4hire. We decided to use these when we purchased our caravans as they verify owners so it was another way for us to prove we are genuine owners.

Recently the site has been taken over and the new owners are happy to allow adverts to go live before they get a verified status. This has caused a few scammers to slip the net and sadly in the last month alone there’s been at least 3 families arrive to caravans that are not booked to them.

If you do book through that site, please check they have been verified before parting with your money.

We have only today found another advert on there that went live yesterday and we actually know the caravan advertised is owned by someone else so we contacted them and steps are being taken to have the advert taken down.

If anyone has any doubts, by all means contact me and I’ll be happy to look into it for you.

We’d appreciate if you could share or invite as many people as possible to join our group so we can try and stop this sort of thing from happening!

PDC darts championship is once again landing at Butlin’s in Minehead.

We have now received word we can offer this break with restricted view tickets.

Hot off the press…….Fatboy Slim - All back to Minehead returns for its second year and will be 10th to 13th November. As before being an arena break the tickets will be extra.

We have been made aware that there will be a limited number of darts tickets available for the upcoming PDC darts weekend 25th to 28th November at Butlin’s in Minehead. They are priced at £100 each plus the hire of the caravan itself. We will need to place the order for them fast though so if you’re thinking about going, let us know asap so you won’t be disappointed!

Some fantastic news has landed, the news lots of us have been waiting to hear!

New Year’s Eve at Butlin’s has gone back to free flow for all venues meaning you won’t have to book a slot ANYWHERE!

Any guest, Butlin’s own or caravans, will have full access with no booked or non booked queues so wether you decide to ring the new year in centre stage, Studio 36, Reds or the skyline, just turn up!!

All entertainment will be rotated throughout the whole evening across all venues so you’ll have a taste of everything they will be putting on so pick a place and ring the new year in in style!

For one night only, Butlin’s is returning to the good old days of pre covid!

*We’ve been told that this is just for NYE night itself, all other nights during that break will be the current bookable situation for Centre Stage and Studio 36*

More huge news coming from our gorgeous 72 Jetty Cove!

Only last week we commissioned an engineer to install a brand new gas central heating system.

No longer will you have to worry about switching electric wall heaters on and off or fall over oil filled radiators during the colder months!

The remote thermostat is located next to the television in the lounge area and is as simple as tapping the touch screen to turn the heating up or down!

More upgrades going on. We now have super fast 5G broadband in both caravans with speeds of up to 100Mbps and what’s more it’s free to use for our lovely guests! You will receive the wifi password in the days leading up to your break.

With the new smart TVs including access to Amazon prime video and box sets, access to Disney+ and Netflix (subscription service required for the latter two), streaming in our caravans will no longer be an issue!

❤️❤️❤️THE BIG REVEAL❤️❤️❤️

Caravan 72 has undergone some big changes to kick off the 2022 season. With her first guests going in today, I’m sure they will be delighted!

Firstly the fixtures and fittings. New carpets throughout and new custom made curtains in a lighter colour to really make her feel open.

Secondly the entertainment equipment. We’ve installed a wifi router specific for use of our guests meaning whilst at the caravan you won’t have to pay for Butlin’s wifi as ours is free and unlimited for you to use. You will be given the wifi log in details when you are due to arrive for your break. We’ve also installed a brand new smart tv so you’ll have access to Amazon prime video (100s movies and box sets) and if you have a Netflix account you’ll be able to sign into that too, (just remember to sign out of Netflix before you leave) so now if you ever find yourself needing a few hours chill out time at the caravan there will be lots to watch. This coupled with the PlayStation 3 with two controllers and a selection of games you’ll find it difficult to be bored at any time!

We have only today been informed that we can grab some tickets for the PDC darts championship for next month 4th to 7th March. This doesn’t happen very often for caravan guests so this will be great!

Price is as follows:
Caravan £260.00 (total)
Tickets £100.00 (per person) max 6 people
Refundable security bond £100.00

The above will include bed linen with beds made up for arrival.

Big things happening here at EastHill Leisure. The caravans are having a bit of an overhaul ahead of the new season.

New carpets and curtains throughout going into 72, a new dining chair set is going into 116 and brand new smart TVs are being fitted into both!
