Rustic country charm with all mod cons. Wood burning stove, oil fired central heating. Family room for 3 people, double and single bed, ensuite shower and WC, fully fitted kitchen with halogen hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. Cosy, comfortable lounge with TV/DVD, WIFI, wood burning stove, oak beams and plenty of original features. Lead light windows and views of the Clwyddian Range. Expansive garden with wildflower border, outdoor seating and BBQ.

Wishing all our guests a very Happy New Year and looking forward to welcoming you to North Wales! Like most of UK, we are expecting snow over the weekend, so it makes sense to take out holiday insurance to guard against possible cancellations and disruptions. Whilst it is very scenic here whenn it snow, we are in a rural position and the weather can be quite unpredictable, so please come prepared!
