Today is the day we've all been waiting for! As the doors open, we invite you to embark on a nine-day artistic adventure like no other.

For many months now, 270 talented artists and makers from North East Scotland have been hard at work, preparing their art studios, galleries, and garden sheds to showcase their unique creations. From paintings to sculptures, ceramics to illustrations, textiles to photography, the breadth of artistic expressions is sure to leave you inspired.

Grab your NEOS directory and go visit their workspaces, which might be their homes, community halls, gardens, or existing galleries. And if you prefer a digital reference go to our website and download our brand new NEOS app. It's your companion for discovering and navigating the event, right at your fingertips while out-and-about.
Or use the artists' trail maps that are put together by groups locally to create local day tours. See TRAILMAPS on our website menu.

This year, as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of NEOS, we want to make this event even more special. Help us spread the word by sharing the magic of NEOS with your friends, family, and anyone with an interest in contemporary art and craft. Let's make this the most memorable NEOS yet!
