📆 Tomorrow is Friday 13th! The date is often considered to be one to be treated with suspicion & filled with ill omens! Here at Lancaster Walks, Talks & Tours we think it's the perfect day to have a look at the sinister side of the city's history with a couple of our award winning guided walking tours! In the afternoon, at 1pm, we take a look at the famous case of the Pendle Witches in our final Witchcraft - 1612 of 2024. Later in the evening at 7.30pm we head out on a Hauntings, Hangings & Horrid Happenings walk. Tickets for both tours can be found over on our Eventbrite page: 🎟

Plover Scar Lighthouse, by David Gaskell, 2009.
Plover Scar is one of a pair of lighthouses that were set at the mouth of the River Lune to guide ships safely through the treacherous sands of Morecambe Bay and into the deepest channel of the river.
