The Waiting Rooms is a spacious and well equipped holiday let located a few steps away from Morpeth main line railway station, it is also a short walk to the centre of Morpeth.
There are regular bus and railway links to Newcastle and Edinburgh

Morpeth is a bustling Northumberland market town with a wide range of independent shops and weekly markets.
Morpeth also has a particularly diverse variety of restaurants, cafes and pubs.
There is a popular public park and brand new leisure centre and pool next to the river Wansbeck in the centre of town.
Morpeth is an excellent base to explore the coast and castles of Northumberland whilst still having easy access to a wide range of amenities for evenings and nights out.
