Brand new Swift Bordeaux 3 bed static caravan that sleeps 8 people with large secure wrap around decking which is South facing. This stunning and homely van comes with mains gas central heating, double glazing, large lounge with freestanding two and three seater sofa, coffee tab

le with two extra pouffe’s, dining area with table and chairs, modern fitted and well equipped kitchen with gas cooker and hob along with microwave and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms with the master benefitting from double ottoman bed then two more bedrooms with two single beds in each. There is an en-suite wc to the master bedroom with a large dressing area and wardrobe then a lovely modern family bathroom with large double walk in shower. Other points this beautiful holiday home has are, Flatscreen tvs with Freeview - in the lounge and in ALL 3 bedrooms, PlayStation 3, Electric fire, USB charging points throughout, Double sofa bed in the lounge, Full sized fully integrated fridge freezer, Heated towel rail in the main bathroom, Iron and full size ironing board, French doors leading out to the South facing terrace area. Outside table and chairs, Large quiet plot next to the beach and a Double tarmac driveway.
