Due to ongoing illness and prolonged recovery I am saddened to temporarily close my business.

Advice direct from Birmingham Airport
The new government directive means passengers can only carry liquids, pastes and gels up to 100ml in their hand luggage. It is imperative that all customers comply with the nationwide rule to ensure a smoother and simpler transition through the airport.

If you are due to travel from Manchester Airport Terminals
1&2 within the next 24 hours please follow the guidelines below
You will also find guidance for Terminal 3 who should arrive at the airport as normal unless advised otherwise by their airline directly.

⚠️KEY PASSENGER INFORMATION⚠️

The Government has implemented a restriction on liquids carried by passengers in their hand luggage, effective from midnight on Saturday 8 June.

Passengers are advised to pack all non-essential liquids in their hold baggage.

Any liquids, gels or creams being carried in hand luggage MUST be in containers of up to 100ml and placed in a bag.

We are working with our airline partners to keep disruption to a minimum

Airport security U-turn on liquids.
Six UK airports with "next generation" scanners which were meant to end the 100ml limit have been told to revert to the old rules:
London City
Newcastle
Leeds/Bradford
Aberdeen
Southend
Teesside

Birmingham Airport is one of the first UK airports to meet the 1st June Government deadline for the implementation of new security screening standards for passenger and cabin baggage. However, certain liquid restrictions will remain in place.

In due course this new equipment will allow liquids of up to two litres to be taken through in cabin baggage, however some restrictions temporarily remain in place. Until further notice, passengers are advised that they can only carry liquids up to 100ml, albeit it can stay in hand luggage and no longer needs to be in a plastic bag, when departing from Birmingham Airport.

National Highway has issued a warning to all customers flying from Manchester Airport throughout June, July & August, to leave extra time for travel after announcing that parts of the M56 between junctions 5 & 6 will be closed during specific dates for resurfacing slip roads as well as replacing road markings and bridge joints.

Please make sure to plan ahead for your flights departure time!
